Q: Will Promotional Review Committee (PRC) be a live, in-person event this year?

  • A: Yes, PRC will be a live conference held at the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick in NJ on September 13-15, 2021. This will be a live and in-person event.

Q: Will the conference program be different this year?

  • A: Join us this September to network and learn from fellow teams and executives in promotional compliance, commercial regulatory affairs, legal affairs, advertising and labeling, and global marketing operations who are navigating the space during these uncertain times..

Q: Will there be opportunities for networking?

  • A: Yes! There will be many ways to meet and network with your peers including networking breaks, breakfast, lunch, and cocktail reception.

Health & Safety

Q: What health and safety measures will you be taking at the event?

  • A: The number one priority at Promotional Review Committee (PRC) is the health & safety of all participants. Our team has been working in partnership with the Hyatt on how to provide a safe and secure environment.

    PRC will be a safe and controlled environment where exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and speakers can interact, conduct meetings, and form meaningful relationships. As we move towards the opening day on September 13, 2021, we want you to know we are taking every step available to create a safe and secure show experience.

    Onsite safety measures will be implemented from the moment you step into the venue, including but not limited to:
    • The local Health Department as well as the CDC strongly recommends that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask when indoors in public spaces other than when consuming food and drink
    • Widened exhibit hall and larger networking areas
    • Touchless hand sanitizer
    • Increased sanitation of high-traffic areas

Q: Do I have to be vaccinated in order to attend?

  • A: Yes, all attendees, sponsors, speakers, and Questex staff must be fully vaccinated at least 15 days prior to attending the event. Only USA-approved vaccinations will be accepted.

Q: What are the approved Covid-19 vaccines?

  • A: BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose). 

Q: How do I show proof of vaccination?

  • A: After you register, you will be contacted by Health Shield via a text on your cell phone. You will need to upload official proof of vaccination via the Health Shield text messaging application.  

Q: What if I am not vaccinated 15 days prior to the event?

Q: What if I am unable to have a vaccine due to being immunocompromised or have other medical reasons?

Q: If I test positive before the event and must isolate, will I be able to get a refund?

Q: Will I have to social distance?

  • A: We ask delegates to adhere to all health and safety signage at the event, including keeping 3 ft distance in appropriate areas.  

Q: What are your mask requirements on-site at the Hyatt?

  • A: The local Health Department as well as the CDC strongly recommends that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask when indoors in public spaces other than when consuming food and drink. 

Q: Will masks be provided?

  • A: Participants are encouraged to bring their own masks, however there will be onsite provision to replace lost masks. Hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the venues.
